Hey — I'm Sean, a Hamburg Germany-based technology leader who builds scalable, secure, business-aligned software products—often in complex, highly regulated environments.

I lead development and architecture teams to design and deliver modern SaaS platforms that scale technically, operationally, and commercially. Currently, I head Development & Architecture at Fragomen, LLP, where I've led an in-house "skunkworks" group building digital-first products while developing the tools and infrastructure to support a billion-dollar multinational business.

I'm especially interested in modern enterprise architecture (service-oriented + event-driven), cloud-native delivery, and practical AI-driven development—from team policies and quality standards to agentic AI patterns that safely deliver content and advice in legal and legal-adjacent applications.

My earlier background in marketing, operations, and client services shapes a product-minded, customer-first approach to technical leadership. I'm comfortable bridging executives, product, legal/compliance, and engineering teams to modernize systems without losing reliability.
